Bilir Tercüme was established in order to provide all kinds of translation and interpreting services in 2017, in İzmir. Its founding purpose is to serve all individuals and foundations that need translation services with academically educated professional translators.

As Bilir Tercüme & Editörlük, we provide service with our corporate structure, which believes that knowing the language shall not only be limited to grammar and spelling rules but also to know the culture of that language in order to release the linguistic skill perfectly. We therefore attach a great importance to literary translations and literature itself, which are the cornerstones of understanding culture.
It is to translate and to stay with the text in all literary activities and to make correct meanings and expressions to the target language. The concept of localization is therefore very important. Localization can be done by examining the structure and current use of the language to express the same concept in the target language in a similar manner. Localized and content integrity provided translation is the most proximate translation to mistake-free method.
In our company, where we develop our translation and literary activities, it is to subcontracte companies in all other sectors that require translation to ensure that the translations are carried out by experts.
For our students, it is to make a contribute to their education plans by reducing the problems which may arise in the translation of education documents.
Fatma Kevser Hacıoglu graduated as an honor student from the Comparative Literature Department of Eskişehir Osmangazi University in 2014. She established Bilir Tercüme & Editörlük as a sworn translator between the languages of Turkish-English and German. She continues her comparative literature activities by making multilingual translations between English, German and Turkish. She also believes that knowing a language doesn’t remain limited by only knowing that language’s grammar and spelling rules, yet knowing that language’s culture can provide mastery of the language, and literature is the building block of this culture. She had joined Script Writing Techniques classes in İzmir Yedinci Sanat Derneği, in order to enhance her literary skills. Furthermore, she completed Diction/Speaker/Host trainings in İzmir Başkent İletişim Bilimleri Akademisi with the intend of improving her verbal communication and interpreting skills.
She actively continues her translations in three languages while doing editorship for literary texts.
